Privacy Policy

This is a private internal tool used by GK Harmony to manage its own video production. It is not a public product and has no users other than the channel's owner and his editor.

What this application accesses

With the channel owner's explicit Google authorization, it reads analytics for the GK Harmony YouTube channel only — view counts, watch time, average view duration, subscribers gained, and video titles and publish dates. It uses the following Google API scopes, both read-only:

• yt-analytics.readonly — channel analytics
• youtube.readonly — video titles and publish dates

What it does not do

• It never modifies, uploads, deletes or publishes anything on YouTube.
• It does not access any other person's channel, account or data.
• It does not collect information from visitors. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising.
• It does not sell, share or transfer data to anyone.

Storage

The Google authorization token is stored as a server-side environment variable and is never sent to the browser. Analytics are fetched live when a page is loaded and are not retained beyond what is needed to display them. The site sets one cookie, which records only that a visitor entered the correct site password.

Access

The tool sits behind a shared password and is used by two people. It is not available to the public.

Revoking access

The channel owner can withdraw this application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately stops all data retrieval.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
